Post-Pandemic Workplace Keynote
First Episode

Joachim Stempfle

Even in terms of ways of working, the year 2020, with the most widespread pandemic in recent history, undoubtedly represented a moment of change and re-adaptation of many habits that characterised work environments over the last 20 years.

This keynote, reflected on the ways of working over the last two years, tries to answer one of the most widespread questions concerning working environments: what should the post-pandemic workplace look like?

Dr Joachim Stempfle provides key insights into what is important to consider when creating the post-pandemic workplace in order for it to have a marked human-centric focus.

Based on recent studies and considering the broader picture of the impacts the crisis has had on human beings, the keynote focuses on the demands of people and what human beings really need from a psychological point of view. In the third and final episode of this keynote, some practical examples of designing post-pandemic working environments are given.
